Contact Administrator

You can ask your IceWarp administrator for help using the Contact administrator link on the login page, which opens the Contact administrator dialog.

Note: These steps are valid only if an administrator enabled the support link in WebAdmin > White Labeling > Login page options > Support Link , and if the Disable support link on login checkbox is not selected in Administrator Options > General > Login Screen.

  1. Enter a reply email address.

  2. Describe the problem in detail.

  3. Enter the security code. If it has expired or is not readable, generate a new one.

  4. Click Send message.
